    Good to workout with bronster as always 🙂
    Did a couple of thrusters and mainly power cleans for me, 1rm 50kg, didn’t go heavier or try.
    2 rounds ,2cals ad of the circuit of 10 cal air dyne, 10 tyre flip jump throughs and 20 sledgehammer

    A: nailed 55kg, 5kg PR. Failrd Failed 60kg twice. Failed the clean the first time, bailed on the overhead press second time.

    B: this was harder than I expected it to be. Finished in 8:53 rx.
