  • 60 Overhead KB Swings @24/16kg
  • 60 T2B/Knee Raises/Sit Ups (2 Sit Ups = 1 T2B)
  • 60 Overhead Barbell Lunge Steps @20/15kg

–Then– 5 minutes of

  • Max Double Unders
  • Plank Hold

**Double Unders can only be completed when a plank is being held.
