A: front squat 5×5 @ 65 – 70%

B1: 3×8 stiff legged deadlifts
B2: 3×10 split lunges (5 each side) with KB’s/DBs

C: 5 Rounds For Time
3 snatches @60/40kg
6 Overhead Squats @60/40kg
9 C2B pull ups

    C: finished in 9:45 with 25kgs and ring rows
    I am definitely going to be sore tomorrow- well I’m already sore now!!

      Addendum: Oh s#!t!! I was OK until lunch time, but my hammies are now tuned to a high E. Thank goodness I’m taking a rest tomorrow.

    A) 75/80/80/85/85
    B) 60kg deads, body weight splits
    C) Finished this (quite a while) after the buzzer @ 40kg*
    Enjoyed this WOD but legs were smoked after A)

    B. What are these brutal things?! 35kg but only to my knees before my hammies exploded.
    B2. Think we had 8kg each side
    C. 10:30ish with 20kg and ring rows. Ouch.

    A: 50kg, felt super heavy tonight.

    B1: 35kg. Need to make a more conscious effort to keep legs straight

    B2: 5kg dumbells in each hand. Felt weird and awkward.

    C: I think I underestimated how fatigued my body is at the moment. Normally 40kg would be heavy, but ok. Today just felt sloppy. Didn’t get one good rep, struggled with every one and even the OHS were hard today 🙁 ended up on 2 rounds plus 2 snatches. Did ring rows instead of pull ups.

    I really missed the chalk bucket today..
    1. 55kg
    2. 35kg + 8kg db
    3. 3 rounds + 3 c2b snatches @ 35kg
    Everything felt hard today and I’ve forgotten how get under the bar… I learnt to power snatch but forgot how to snatch.. Eh

    A: 45kg. Defo got some strength work to do.
    B1: 35kg
    B2: No weights
    C: Worked at 35kg with C2B pull ups. Ended up doing six snatches and no OH squats after the first round as the squats were destroying my elbows 🙁
