A: front squat 5×5 @ 65 – 70%

B1: 3×8 stiff legged deadlifts
B2: 3×10 split lunges (5 each side) with KB’s/DBs

C: 5 Rounds For Time
3 snatches @60/40kg
6 Overhead Squats @60/40kg
9 C2B pull ups
