  • 5 Hang Squat Clean @50/30kg
  • 10 Hand Release Push Ups

  • 5 Front Squats @50/30kg
  • 10 Burpees

NOTE: Choose a weight you are completely comfortable with moving, you should be able to pick the bar back up straight away.

    A. 50kg. Felt easy.
    B. 85kg. Think that might be a PB (but not sure if I didn’t record weights from last couple of weeks in MyWOD).
    C. 40kg (glad I dropped this down!).
    C1. 3 rounds + 15 DU
    C2. 4 rounds
    C3. 4 rounds.

    B. 50kg. So close to 52.5 kg. Just missed the second rep but it was a PB for 1.
    C. 2 rounds for the first two AMRAPs. Then 1 and a bit for the last. DUs were crap this morning.
