A: pull-up VOL

10 min EMOM:

  • focus: 1-5 strict pull-ups (pronated grip)
  • filler: 3 sit-ups + 3 push-ups + 3 squats (in any order)

B: the [Rad Mega] – as so named by Sarah Lacey (Cav)

For 30 mins:

  • Every even minute (starting at 0:00): 4 snatches @ 60/40kg (or 60% of your max snatch)
  • Every odd minute: 5 Toes 2 Bar + 10 box jumps
