    A: Good to focus on technique, but what have preferred some bumpers (even just 2.5kg). A few bruises on the shins after so many reps.
    B: 55kg for the double and 60kg (super slow and tough) single. Amelia smashed these – 65kg looked too easy. Was awesome to watch!
    C: Nice to do some mobility. I really don’t mobilise often enough
