B: 5X3 Deadlifts @75-80%

C: ‘Friday Circuit’

2 rounds (50sec work 10sec transition)

**Notice i said transition not rest** The goal here is to keep moving at a consistent pace

  • Kettlebell Swings (Russian) 24/16g=kg
  • Double Unders

    So good to be back after two weeks off sick!
    Kept A quite light at 35kgs. Did B at 85kgs which is 76%. Went pretty easy on teh circuit, butrLOVED being back!

    B. one at 75 then the rest at 80 kg (80%)
    C. No idea about numbers, just did some work. Good way to end the week.

    A. Got 75, failed the 3rd at 82kg. About the same as last week.
    B. 3 sets @120, 2 sets at 125kg. 77% and it felt more comfortable than I had expected so I’m quite satisfied.
    C. Nothing much to say. Good to do a variety of lighter movements and flush out the remnants of a pretty solid week.
