    C. Worked with Nikki, we got to the second round of wall balls.

    A. 25, then the rest at 27.5 – too light, should have at least done 30
    B. 40 I think, this morning feels like about 100 years ago and I can’t remember!
    C. Worked with Polly and we finished the 60 wall balls. I changed my hand position when I throw the wall ball and suddenly the ball was flying – kind of.

    Did the last of the Masters League workouts, 40.4 at 5:30am with Sharon, the awesome counter, counting my reps.
    In 12 Mins I did the following:
    100m farmers walk 2X24kg KBs (unbroken – got heavy at 60m mark)
    40m walking lunges 10kg plate (unbroken – got tough 1/2 way in)
    30 wall balls at 6kg (broken, broken oh so broken -10/5/5/3/1 – then rolled back like a dead ant/2/2/2 – despite this I am getting better at these)
    25 KB American style swings (unbroken – thank goodness for last weeks PT session with Bec – Yippee – did these “sports swing style” – if you don’t know what this is you haven’t lived)
    20 box jumps or step ups 20 inch (step ups legs like jelly)
    15 power snatches 30 kgs (9/15 could not feel my butt or top part of my thighs)
    AMRAP 3.5m Rope Climb (hell no – thanks for the loan of the socks Claire – didn’t need them)
