A: 12 mins to est. Pause Snatch max (3 sec pause at hang)

B: 6 min EMOM 1 pause snatch @ 80% of A

C: Pause Front Squat – 10 mins to est heavy double – 3 sec pause

D: 2 min ME burpees
rest 1 min
2 min ME burpees

    A. 60kg with a couple of fails thrown in for good measure.
    B. 50kg. First couple were dodgy but I really felt good on the last 4. Seemed to click for me.
    C. 100kg double, then just a single at 105kg. Better than I’d hoped.
    D. 38, 35. Phew.

      A: 35kg – glad to get this but then again I have got this a few times ! Just finding it all a bit hairy scary – need to shove a little something on top of the tens next time.
      B: 21kg – hilarious thought it was a bit light – clearly did not pass primary level maths.
