CrossFit Football Total

  • 1RM Power Clean (15 mins)
  • 1RM Back Squat (16 mins)
  • 1RM Bench Press (12 mins)
  • 1RM Deadlift (16 mins)

After your warm up sets, you have 3 attempts at a 1RM for each movement.

Record highest lift for each and add for your total, done in order as above.

Example: Warm Up with 5-3-3-2 reps then: 1-1-1

    Only one new 1RM today, but I’ve been sick all week and we did Master League WOD last night, so I’m happy. Tried my weightlifting belt for the first time, didn’t like it, but will hopefully get used to it.
    Power clean 55kg (1RM 56)
    Back Squat 80kgs (1RM 94)
    Bench Press 47kgs – increase of 2kgs
    Deadlift 105kgs (1RM 112)

    Pretty stoked to get PRs on everything.

    PC – 75kg
    BS – 90kg
    Bench – 80kg
    DL – 140kg

    Great way to kick off a long weekend!
    Trained with Jimmy & Ivan.
    Power clean – 82kg (PB +2kg)
    Back squat – 156kg (PB +1kg)
    Bench press – 82kg (no previous PB for this)
    Deadlift – 170kg (previous PB 175kg)

    My only query iOS: what the heck has this got to do with football? And which type? Not that awful Pommy stuff?
    Anyway, I had a really fun time today with Rob and Jimmy. And finished with 3 minor PBs.
    A. 91kg. 1kg PB.
    B. 92kg. 2kg PB.
    C. 120kg. And 2 fails at 131kg (got 130kg about 3 weeks ago).
    D. 162kg. 2kg PB.
    My favourite moment was probably Jimmy being unable to even move a 145kg deadlift, come back and do 142 and then 5 minutes later confidently lift 145kg.

    No PBs for me today. But I was happy. Tired, stressed…but happy to be up at 5.30am and heading to my home away from home! 🙂

    Did this today (Tuesday) with Tom as we didn’t get in on the weekend. 3/4 PRs for me!

    Power Clean: 65kg (up 2.5kg)
    Back squat: 85kg (up 5kg)
    Bench: 47.5kg (down 2.5kg…only set this 3 months ago though)
    Deadlift: 115kg (up 2.5kg)

    So overall a good day, a bit disappointed my numbers haven’t gone up more as it has been a while since testing.
