- 1RM Power Clean (15 mins)
- 1RM Back Squat (16 mins)
- 1RM Bench Press (12 mins)
- 1RM Deadlift (16 mins)
After your warm up sets, you have 3 attempts at a 1RM for each movement.
Record highest lift for each and add for your total, done in order as above.
Example: Warm Up with 5-3-3-2 reps then: 1-1-1
