I was very dizzy after the forward rolls but happy to finish just behind Wayne today.

I think today was the first time I’ve ever put my jumper back on after the warm up. I don’t think I really felt warm until halfway through the DU.
    A1 – 40kg
    A2 – 60kg.

    B. Got myself to 12 HSPU. Still suffering a very frustrating loss of my DU mojo. Had a couple of runs that were OK, but broken up with lots of false starts and terrible body position. I think I cut my flash new speed rope too short, so I may have to revert to the old “Commando Steve” one until I get a replacement.
Would have liked to finish, but apart from the DU, I wonder whether my arms would have held out. My HSPU were getting harder and harder.
Nice to have Pete back from holidays this morning.

First WOD back after a cold… not fun!
Ladies do 35 push ups?!?! that would have been lovely to know, they were so hard!
Did the accessory work at 25kgs, and with some scaling due to dizziness I got to 32 knee raises.

Hey Sharon, it looks like you guys were the guinea pigs. We realised how tough it was after watching the early am crew battle, and so made the changes – think of it as RX plus 😉 – Ben
