A1: ME strict HSPU;
then
A2: ME kipping HSPU
— 3 attempts

FF options:
ME kipping HSPU then (straight away) ME unbroken push-ups

B1 3×10 back extensions

C: 3 rounds for time:
15 KB swings @ 32/24kg
20 over the box jumps @ 30/24″
35 sit-ups

FF options: scale KB weight and box heights to appropriate level

    10kg dumbbell push press x 10 and push up x 6 each round.
    Scaled WOD to 20kg kettlebell and 12 inch box. Finished in 12.03

    A1: 2 Strict – so pleased with how this went as I only got my first stict h
    A2. 6 Kipping
    B – really felt this towards the end of the last set
    C – 12.22 – 16kg, 20″ box and AB mat for 2 rounds. Was great working on my KB swings after the PT session with Bec Tuesday.

    Great PT with Ben last night to get my head back in the game (thank you!). So I’m starting with a month of 70% effort only – gotta keep my ego in check. The month started at 5.30 this morning and it was great 🙂
    A: 2 strict + 5 kipping each set
    B: Love the back extensions
    C: 10:18 FF – 16kg KB and 20″ box

    Just back from a few days in Qld, with only hotel gyms to entertain me. So I worked on shoulders very intensively. Didn’t quite set me up well for today’s first movements.
    A. Bah humbug. 1 or 2 strict in the first round, none after that. A few kipping in each round. Didn’t bother counting.
    B. Back extensions were fine, except I felt like my knees were hyperextended on the box.
    C. 8:54 RX. Pleasantly surprised, given the slack early week and couple of days off sick last week. The box jumps sure did get the old lungs working.
