A1: 3x ME strict pull-ups
A2: 3x ME kipping pull-ups
— so 1 ME set of strict and (without letting go of the bar) 1 ME set of kipping – repeat 3x

B1: 3×10 glute bridges
B2: 3×8 Pendlay rows – w/ perfect form – If you’re wondering: “Hey Coach, why do we do Pendlay rows anyway?” -> Read this

C: Partner WOD – with only one person working at a time (breakup work as required):

  • 4 mins: max cleans @ 50/35kg
  • 3 mins: max shoulder to OH @ 50/35kg
  • 2 min: max lateral bar burpees
