    13:04. Previous Helen’s 14:38 and 25/36 pull ups with a14min cap.
    Pull ups have improved but the KB still felt heavy, thanks to Bec and Sam for pushing me.. a lot. I think I owe Bec some burpees too, add them to my tab.

    At a yellow band for strict pull-ups. Also did a chin up with no band

    B- didn’t finish but worked hard. Thanks for the cheers peeps.

    First session back after 3 weeks off any training thanks to busy travel! This was a tough one to come back too and I am feeling the DOMS already!

    A: managed to get a rep with the yellow band. Pretty stoked with that! First time I have been able to do that. Tried unbanded, close but so far! Tried yellow again but failed. Oh well! Still happy to get a PB after 3 weeks off.

    B: subbed the run for 5 cal on airdyne. Split KBs in 2 and did pull ups in sets of 2. Finished sometime before 14 minutes, 13:30-something I think. Felt stuffed after but it’s good to be back!
