    Got this done in 35:59 and was pooped! Most movements were alright except for knees to elbows (which I found much harder than toes to bar). I’m pretty sure I was stuck on these for at least 10 mins!!!
    Good session 5:30am crew…. most battled, but we all got it done!

    Well I’d love to say how much I enjoyed it, but….
    Looking on the bright side, by the time I got the wall balls, I’d completely forgotten how awful the box jumps were.
    I’m sure I’ve done this before, but no time recorded in MyWOD. Ended up with 30:51.

    38:58 FF – did the little 16 inch box otherwise did the rest as prescribed. Was surprised to get through this one and very glad I did. Liked that it was for time. Limiters were the box jumps (which have been going south for a while) and wall balls (something I feel I have definitely improved on).

    35:22 FF – subbed knees to elbows for just knees up but the rest as prescribed.

    Found myself a crossfit gym in Berlin but got very lost and missed the class I planned on, so instead I went to open gym and did the filthy fifty. Did it rx in 37:10, with a couple of tweaks- only did 35 back extensions because my back has been super sore over here and they felt horrible, but did overhead kettle bell swings instead of normal ones. Also wasn’t too sure what knees to elbows were so I did those weird semi pushup things from elbows up to hands.. might be close?
    Afterwards I figured I would make hay while the sun shined and decided to do some heavy double front squats. Silly decision. Legs were spent. Did one at 55kg but failed the second. Missing my daily 6:30 am class!
