  • Clean 1RM
  • Bench Press 1RM
  • Overhead Squat 1RM

You have 18 minutes in each to achieve a 1 rep max, add your scores up to give you your new total

    92kg Clean, 92kg Bench, 70kg OHS. All PBs for me.

    254kg Total.

    85kg clean, 90kg bench, 80kg OH squat. 255kg total. A little off what I think I could do on a good day. Two workouts yesterday (Adapt WOD and Masters Leagure) probably didn’t help. Enjoyed doing bench press for a change.
    Worked with Jamie who managed a 140kg BP – suitably impressed!

    52.5- power clean, kinda timed out so perhaps more I think as 50 is my 1rm
    50kg bench
    50kg overhead squat- figured out could jerk it on last lift! Derrr! So def more there.
    Total – 152.5kg

    A. 50 kg. Tried 55kg, had it so high but didn’t drop under. Current 1rm is 52.5
    B. 37.5kg
