30 minute time cap 

  • 15 Squat Cleans 70/50kg (50/35FF)
  • 30 T2B, Knee Raises, sit ups
  • 30 Box Jumps 24/20inch
  • 15 Muscle ups, chest to bar, pull ups
  • 30 Dumbbell push press (15 – 20kg for guys) (8-10 kg for girls)
  • 30 Double unders/single unders
  • 15 Thrusters 60/40kg (40/30FF)
  • 30 Pull ups/ring rows
  • 30 Burpees
  • 100m Overhead walking lunge 20/10kg Plate

    I like these type of workouts, slow and steady rather than how fast can I go.
    30 kgs squat cleans, knee raises, box jumps, ring rows, 10kg push press, double unders, 30kg thrusters, burpees, 20m in to the lunges.

    First time to manage double unders in a workout – finally!!
    I was okay until the lunges then I was very quickly done, about 5m in. Blah.

    I’m going to go out on a limb here and say that I wouldn’t have won this event at Crossfit Games. Came up 20m short on the walking lunges when the buzzer went.

    Best part of this for me was the fact that I managed to do 15 thrusters at 60kg, when I was already tired. Not so long as go that would have broken me (or I would have dropped 10-20kg off the weight).

    And now us old folks have the Masters League workout tonight. I fear that I’ll be suffering a WOD hangover.
