3 minutes of Deadlifts @120/80

  • rest 1 minute

5 minutes of T2B/Knee Raises

  • rest 1 minute

8 minutes of Burpees

*Rep Scheme partner 1 works odd numbers (1,3,5,7 etc) partner 2 works even numbers (2,4,6,8 etc) climb as far as you can in the prescribed time

    A. 30, 40, tried 50 but called it early as started to feel it in my back
    B. 50kg Rows with Situps and some lunges for me instead of the Hip Bridge
    C. I think Tim and I got something like 3/7, 4/10 and 8/16
