A2: ME kipping

B1: 3×10 strict HSPU
B2: 3×8 strict ring dips

C: Partner WOD:
12min AMRAP (P1 goes, then P2 goes)
10 Wall balls 9/6kg
10 KB Swings (russian) 24/16kg
10 box jumps 24/20″

then straight away; 3 min AMRAP:
ME thrusters (40/30kg)

    A. 7/11, 5/7 and about 5/8. Tired quickly.\
    B1 and B2. I considered the numbers for B1 an aspirational goal. 5/8, 4/8 (plus one kipped HSPU), 3/8 (and one failed HSPU).
    C. Worked with Tim A for 8 rounds + 10KB, 42 Thrusters.

    A: Hung about on the orange band, did five or six sets of three
    B: 3x 10 push press at 30kg (brutal) and 3 x 8 pushups.
    C: Partnered with Jess who really pushed me, we got through 10 rounds plus 4 KB, then 53 thrusters at 25kg.

    A: strict: orange band first up, only 2 reps. Went to red and got 3 reps both times. Kipping: 4, 3 & 3. Only came off because I was worried about ripping.

    B: did push press and push ups. Push press no worries at 30kg. Tried to keep push ups super strict thanks to some tips from Becca. Only got 3 in the last round. No gas left.

    C: worked with Andrea, we got 8 rds plus 7 KBS. Then 36 thrusters. Was a good session tonight!
