    A: Worked up to a very dirty 55kg. Dialed back to 45 afterwards for a few reps and had Craig stand in front of me to try and drill in the tech.
    B: 45kg hi-hang. No fails.
    C: Worked with Amelia. not 100% sure of our numbers, just good to sweat it out with a mate. Bit rough for the old arms by the end of the second AMRAP !
