Something you’ll need for today’s WOD #engine
A. 15 mins to work up to a max Hi Hang Cluster
B. 6 min EMOM Cluster from the floor
– at a percentage advised by the coach

A: 50kg
B: 55kg hardest EMOTM i have ever done. Struggled with every one, but made it.
C: shoulders were smoked so this was a slow chipper. Did FF with pull ups. Got to 5 pull ups in the last round of 15.
A & B: 30kg – Worked on technique – mainly footwork.

A. 40kg. Failed on 42.5 – the clean part was fine, just couldnt get it overhead.
B. Went back to 35kg because my pos 2 and 3 are still v average. Was horrible from 2, but fine(ish) from 3.
C. 11:03 FF
A. 60kg.
B. 70kg. Perhaps a little optimistic. Failed the first attempt but got them all done.
C. 11:14RX. Quite proud of that effort. Left me sprawled on the floor for a bit afterwards.
