9 deadlift @ 60/40

5 shoulder 2 OH

    B. Worked with Lulu who was a machine and thanks to her ability to go unbroken we did 8 rounds plus 9 deadlifts at 25kg.
    C. Think we managed 32. It went quicker than expected!

    A: 50kg – this was a fight to get this…..
    B: worked with Zoe…. we did RX and (I think) got 6 rounds plus a half round each (to even it out). then 52 lateral bar burpees

    Didn’t have much cardio capacity this morning as my asthma wouldn’t settle down (cold season!), but it was still fun to come in and give it a go.
    A. 40 kg
    B. Worked by myself. Got 3 rounds and 9 deadlifts, then 12 burpees.

    Worked with Steve -O today which is always fun, as we are pretty much the exact opposite as athletes.

    A) 80 kg for 3..there might have been more here

    B) 7rds and 56 burpees, too bad for Steve as he had to do the extra round of DT ๐Ÿ™‚

    A: 3x55kg then 2@60 (failed 3rd one)
    Was great to train with Kenny and push myself a bit harder. I haven’t been lifting to the point of fail. Been cruising a little a little since the open. Becca gave me some good pointers on my lifts to work on with the bar. (Thank you!)
    B Think we did 10 rounds exactly. Forearms started to blow out a little and grip was an issue with my cleans.
    C: Then 70 burpees
    Love the morning crew. Alexis ALWAYS puts a smile on my face ๐Ÿ™‚

    A: 95kg, 100 for 3 is best single @105kg
    B: 10 ROUNDS with dean & 76 burpees

    A- 3rm – 45kg, went for 50 but didn’t have it
    B- worked with Rob, thanks ๐Ÿ™‚ we did about 6 rounds, with rob having to do the last two in a row as i had to call it. Then 76 reps
