A. 3 Position Snatch and 1 Overhead Squat

B. 3×10 UB Hi Hang Snatch @ 60% of A.

C. 12 Minute running clock

  • Run 800m

then with remaining time, complete the following AMRAP

  • 10 Pistols
  • 15 Pull Ups
  • 20 Sit Ups

FF

  • 20 Air Squats
  • 15 Pulls Ups / Ring Rows
  • 20 Sit Ups
