Snatch and Overhead Squats

5 of the 9 alarms I set today to make sure I didn’t miss my first regular AM slot as coach!! Thanks to both classes for making it an awesome first session.

A. 3 Position Snatch and 1 Overhead Squat

B. 3×10 UB Hi Hang Snatch @ 60% of A.

C. 12 Minute running clock

  • Run 800m

then with remaining time, complete the following AMRAP

RX

  • 10 Pistols
  • 15 Pull Ups
  • 20 Sit Ups

FF

  • 20 Air Squats
  • 15 Pulls Ups / Ring Rows
  • 20 Sit Ups

    B: 25kg. I like these!!!
    C: 3:20, then 5 pull ups into round 3 (subbing pistols for squats).
