Technique: 

‘Devils complex” (Unloaded barbell)

clean + hang clean + push jerk + split jerk + snatch balance + touch and go snatch + hang snatch

NB: A good chance to reinforce good movement patterns

Accessory Work: 

Glute Bridges 4×12

Pendlay Rows 4×8

Alternate between the two movements

Tabata Mash: 

Option 1: Handstand Holds/Chair Sit against wall

Option 2: Burpees/Double Under

    No rep!! Decided to have the morning off and ride mountain bikes with friends. Got up on time, dressed, had breakfast and…discovered teh 2nd @#$@# flat tyre I’ve had in a week. Rest day then (until lunchtime Frisbee).

    I’ll try to watch the announcement at my trusty desk. I get the occasional odd look from workmates at times like this.

    Lucky I’m not at all intimidated by what 15.2 may involve….
