    B. My worst WOD performance ever. 200m run and 15 box jumps. Then I tan away to watch Kenny do then 16-17 yr girls 15.1. Glad I did – 178 reps and 65kg. Fair bit of puffed out chest Dad-pride since Saturday!

    B: 29.08 RX! I think that might be the first time I’ve ever written that! 😀 Worked with Anne and we kept on chipping away. Nice to have the support at the end – thanks guys!

    B) 21:39? Worked with New Shane – Who had never done Wall Balls before but opted to go RX with me, even when I offered to drop it down… damnit! He did much better than Ivan “I’m just gonna ditch my buddy Tim” Lawler haha.

    Then returned in arvo for 15.1 – The 5pm onwards roar in Open Gym was great, awesome atmosphere and some great performances!
    I got 106 reps (in 4th Rd) and 92.5kg C&J, a higher C&J than expected and a few reps lower than I expected in the AMRAP but I’m still really happy with the result – Bring on the rest of the Open!!
