Strength: ‘Snatch Complex’

  • 1 power snatch + 1 touch and go snatch + 2 overhead squats

EMOM: 6 minutes

  • 2 Tn’G power snatch @80% of above

Conditioning:

RX:

  • 21-15-9
  • Deadlift @100/70kg
  • Box Jumps @30/24″

FF:

  • 21-15-9
  • Deadlift @70/45kg
  • Box Jumps (choose height)

    C: FF with 45kg and 20″ box (yay!). Finished in 6.59.

    C: 6:37 RX. pretty happy with that, cause I’m not a fan of deadlifts!!!

    A. 55kg. Started pretty slowly this morning so I was happy with that.
    B. 45kg.
    C. Saving my hammies for Open so I went with 70kg and 24 inch box. 3:59.

    A: 40kg. Did the power snatch at 45kg and decided not to do anymore.
    B: 35kg then stopped being lazy and went to 40kg.
    C: 3:51 with 55kg deadlifts (saving myself for the open ;))
