B. 5 strict press + 10 push-press – work up to a max set

C. Partner WOD
6min AMRAP:
P1 deadlift hold @ 85/60kg
P2 burpee pull-ups (score)
1 min rest
4 min AMRAP:
P1: plank hold
P2: wall ball @ 20/14lb (score)
1 min rest
2 min AMRAP:
P1: dead hang (from pull-up bar)
P2: OH BB lunges @ 20/15kg (score)

    A. 90kg. Pleasantly surprised on this. Think I could have gone a few kg heavier.
    B. 45kg. Wasn’t sure where to go with this. Not much opportunity to work up without fatiguing. Think maybe I could do 50kg or a bit more.
    C. Worked with Tristan and we seemed to go OK. 47, 67, 60.

    A: 60kg – 5 seconds is a stop (not a pause) – this was tough!
    B: 25kg – same as Ivan, kind of wanted to go higher, but did a set (or two) at lower weight and shoulders were smoked!
    C: Worked with Nay and we got something like 27 – 50 – 21

    A) 80kg and a single at 90kg. I think I ran out of puff…
    B) 40kg on this one. Kinda ran out of time on it.
    C) Worked with Brian today.
    Can’t remember our numbers at all… they were average.

  • A: 35kg? I think. Might have been a smidge more.
    B: 22.5kg. Nasty!
    C: Worked with Karen and we got 33, 68, 28. I did Burpee Ring Rows. The dreaded wall balls turned out to be much better for me today, even using the blue ball. I won’t even speak of the OH lunges.

    Worked with Kenny today – and we had a much better session than last week – when we were both knackered/ sick.
    A: 65kg good. 70kg could not get up! Massive Doms from Airforce on Monday.
    B: can’t remember? Think I finished full at at 35. Then did 5 strict at 40?
    Of was it 45?
    C: 45 PU 89 WBalls 60 OH lunges
