    A: Failed the hang at 45kg – shouldn’t have failed but had no time to try again.
    B: 40kg from the hang (90% of 45kg). Felt super solid during these.
    C: 23 KB swings (OH) into the third round rx. Very sweaty this morning. A great chipper.

    B: 20kg
    C: Timed out on 3rd run. Orange KB (12kg?), small box (but I still managed a fall!).

    A. Just stayed at 45kg. I’m sure I could have gone heavier, but I was enjoying the fact that I was hitting them well and felt (perhaps delusionally) like I was dialling in my technique a bit. That’s my excuse and I’m sticking to it.
    B. 45kg. As per above, was enjoying feeling like they were making ti right to my hips and popping into snatch position very quickly (by meagre standards).
    C. 4 HSPU in the 3rd round. Had to stop halfway through round 2 and take a puff of the asthma spray. Nothing dramatic, but felt myself gasping a bit for breath on the 2nd run (and, surprise, surprise that didn’t get any better while doing HSPU or box jumps).

    A: 40kg – wanted to try higher, but Ben adapted my grip (so it felt good, but quite different).
    B: 40kg (did 37.5 for two, but felt confident to go up)
    C: 5HSPU in third round (RX)…. hmmm very huffy puffy and sweaty…. but fun! I should done ‘an Ivan’ and taken a puff of asthma puffer, because I did struggle a bit to breathe!

    A. Hit 80kg

    B. Done at 70kg (no misses)

    C. RX+ (32kg KB)
    3 Rounds and 10 HSPUs

  • A. 70kg easy. Failed 80kg from the hang. Probably too gassed by that stage.
    B. 70kg no fails
    C. Rx – 3 box jumps in to the 3rd round

    A: Bit of a wobbly start but hit 55kg in the last minutes pretty comfortably.
    B: 50kg
    C: Only got 2 rounds even. Used the time mostly to practice my HSPUs. Pretty happy to say that i did them with the least amount of scaling ever and strung the most together.

    A: 80kg on second attempt

    B: first 4 reps @82kg last two at 84.5kg G2
    (These hang snatches were much better than the 3pos work, no misses)

    Finished 3rounds in I think around 12minutes and had to stop therr.

    A) 37.5kg, failed 40 at the hi hang
    B) 35kg
    C) three rounds and few box jumps

    A: managed 40kg on my third attempt.

    B: 35kg, failed my very first rep but only because of a mond blank. Tried again and all was good in the world. Took a leaf from Craigs book and took some time in the bottom of the squat to gather myself before standing up. Helped a lot!

    C: subbed run for 10 cal on airdyne. HSPU on ab mat and I used a 24kg kettlebell. Finished 2 rounds just before the buzzer.
