  • 3×10 Back squats @ 60% of 1rm

Conditioning

  • 3x 6min partner AMRAPs – rest 1min between rounds
  • 1. Max Cals on the Airdyne
  •     20 OH KB Swings 24/16
  • 2. Max Deadlifts 70/45
  •      4 Man Makers 15/8
  • 3. Max Cals on Rower
  •      6 Box Jumps 30/24

    A: 50kg – traps hurt (holding the bar) more than legs.
    B: I pretty much love Man Makers – they are sooooooo much fun

    B) Worked with Brendo: 36 Cals(Bike), 58 DLs, 76 Cals (Row) – Man Makers… more like man breakers… 🙂

    Had zero energy today.

    A: 50kg

    B: worked with Sara, we started on the rower. Got 64 cals on rower, 26 cal airdyne (we took it easy) and 90 deadlifts.
