A: first time testing a 1rm thruster. Worked up to 70kg. This was pretty solid. Think maybe a few more kilos is there.
B: 13.5 came in wanting to double my score from 2013 when I got 21 reps. Today I got 56. Tick.
Rosie and I partnered – and he as per usual – was amazing!
C: Abb work! Goal for this…to be able to do it with a lot less whinging! Never looked more forward to being in plank position!
    Thanks Ben. Good session.

I knew 13.5 was on the way so bailed because of sad hands and did the Ginninderra Park Run instead – 5km in 24 something. Happy with that considering how often I don’t run!
