  • 30 snatches @ 75/45kg
  • 10 target burpees
  • ME snatches @ 95/55kg

FF Options

by your lonesome: 12 min AMRAP or with a buddy (partner) 15 or 17 min AMRAP:

  • 7 burpees
  • 9 snatches @ 35/20kg
  • 11 sit-ups

P1 goes while P2 rest; then vice-versa
