The Chief:

5 x 3 min rounds (AMRAPS) of:

  • 3 power cleans @ 60/40kg
  • 6 push-ups
  • 9 squats

Rest 1 min between rounds

FF weights: 40/25kg

    20 rounds @ 60kg. It had me on my back for almost 5 minutes afterwards, but every set of cleans was done TnG. Sorry if I was distracting anyone with the noise!

    Worked with Kenny today, who knocked over 26 rounds + 2 power cleans to get a third place on the board. Superb effort!

    I managed 10 rounds at 35kg. The push ups were the hardest. Oh, and breathing! I needed to move through the squats quicker but I was busy trying to catch my breath.

    Rx – 16 rounds and 2 cleans. Was going to take the FF option, but Coops pushed me to try 60kg, and I managed it. (I suppose Coops is good for something… occasionally…)

    Finished 20 rounds and then got spat out by 1 last power clean. 2 round pr which im pretty happy about cause iv hardly done anything in the last couple of months and did helen before it since i missed monday which i also prd
