Strength

  • 15 mins to find a Max 1+1/4 Back Squat
  • 10 mins to find 1RM Strict Press

Conditioning

  • 2 mins max double unders
  • 1 min max situps
  • 2 mins max OH KB Swings 24/16
  • 1 min max situps
  • 2 mins max double unders

– FF option just scale the KB swings weight and/or OH

    A: 70Kg (felt pretty average)
    B: 35Kg – still cannot seem to hit the 37.5Kg (even after a few attempts)
    C: 103 (D/U), 26 (S/U), 36 (KB), 30 (S/U) and 72 (D/U) – RX – I learnt this morning NOT to listen to Sean’s words of advice in the KB swings ‘blow your arms out, you don’t need them again’ – then come double unders and I beg to differ!!!

    A) 120kk, this felt solid. Very pleased.
    B) 60kg. I was frustrated with this, as I managed 3rm of 60kg last week and I couldn’t manage 62.5 today.
    C) 35 DU, 26 SU, 35 OH KB, 22 SU, 35 DU – really pleased with these, even managed a couple of sets of 10 DUs.:D πŸ˜€ πŸ˜€ πŸ˜€

    A: 90kg – failed 95kg, no bounce out of the bottom for the 1/4
    B: Still no strict presses for me πŸ™ RDL’s – 8 reps @ 40,45 & [email protected]
    C: Was on my lonesome for this so went something like..Rx 105 DU (I had to stop and tie my hair back up!), 23 situps (had to come off the blue mat – too slippery), 45 OH KBS, 27 situps, 85 DU
    I really need to invest in a new rope, the one I use is the same one I got when I started CF and has lots of kinks that I fight with to try and control the spin.
