Strength

  • 15 mins to establish a Heavy Double 1+1/4 Back Squat
  • 10 mins to establish 3RM Strict Press

Conditioning

  • 2 rounds – 1 min each station, 10 sec rest
  • Tyre Flips
  • Sledgehammer Strikes
  • Box Jumps
  • Row
  • T2B
  • OH Lunges
  • Plank
  • Plate Burpees

    B: I may not have been concentrating, so think I got 30Kg, but failed 35kg.. hmmmmm not sure though
    C: Awesome fun…..finally strung a couple of T2B together… not super neat though

    B: Did RDL’s – 3 sets of 8 reps @ 45kg
    C: Good fun – subbed in situps instead of T2B as my hands are a bit torn after Wednesday.

    A. 60kg – surprised by this.
    B. 27.5kg easy. Then I couldn’t get one out at 30kg.
    C. Always love Friday circuits, especially when they involve sledge hammers.

    150jg squat double

    72.5kg strict press triple.

    Just cruised through the circuit.

    20min EMOM before the session, with some rowing power cleans and muscle ups

    Trained at the 5pm Class. Always nice to mix it up a bit.

    A) 110kg. Went for 120 and psyched myself out and just sat in the bottom of a squat.
    B) 60kg triple. Was my 1RM only a week ago!
    C) Played with the big tyre… and also managed to string some ugly toes to bar together. First time I have even managed T2B in months, so really happy. đŸ˜€
