  • Ivan L says:

    A. 90kg. A 5kg PB. Woohoo! Also tried 95kg and failed twice, but near misses. If I’m honest, that’s because I am a bit of a wuss. I get a little frightened at that kind of weight so I baulk just for a moment, but that’s long enough to stop me getting under it.
    B. After a PB it has to be a good morning, so why not have several? 40, 50, 40. Start to curve my lower back at the higher weight. I think that’s more about poor mobility than strength per se.
    C. Yep.

  • Sharon Simonsen says:

    A. 50kgs, equal PR but need faster arms before I move up
    B. love the stretch from these, 30kgs
    C. fun, but 45 seconds feels like forever on a wall sit!

  • A. 102.5kg – still dying so not too unhappy with that.
    B. 50kg good mornings
    C. Took it easy on the circuit but still got a sweat on.

  • Fee says:

A: 60Kg – first one was pooh… 2nd was better. If first one wasn’t pooh – would have liked to try 65…
B: 25kg – don’t care about the weight much on this one as it seems to work whatever the weight.
    C: good circuit

  • Amanda C says:

    A. PR of 52.5 kg (up from 50 kg). I got 55 kg up, but needed to get under it more to call it.
    B. 35 kg
    C. Um yep.

  • Elaine says:

A 50kg – 5kg on previous pb. Ended up doing this a number of times as I worked to get faster arms.
    B 30kgs
C love these circuits, good fun

  • eliza says:
