  • Team WOD: (In teams of 3) for time:
  • 100 wall balls @ 10/6kg
  • 100 KB Swings @ 24/16kg
  • 100 HSPUs (scale: push ups)
  • 400m run as a team (together)
  • 80 T2B (scale: sit ups)
  • 80 Box Jumps 24/20″
  • 80 Pistols
  • 400m run as a team (together)
  • 60 Ground to Overhead @ 50/35kg (snatch / C&J)
  • 60 Pull ups
  • 60 Burpees

    Walked in today not 100% and expecting to be able to take it easy….nope!

    Worked with Craig and Steve O. We worked really well together and communication was good! Shared some things evenly….Craig and Steve O picked up my slack in the rest. Finished in 30:58

    I scaled a few things (pull ups to ring rows and T2B to sit ups) to make sure we could get solid quick reps.

    Felt good to be back in the gym!
