    A. 82.5kg. Much easier than Coop’s 85kg (sucker).
    B. 42.5kg. Definitely felt this in the hamstrings. Must be good for me.

    Really enjoyed this. Pleased to be able to say that I held the active squat the whole time. And nearly held the handstand. BTW if any finds my double unders I’d like them back please.
