  • A. 3x 4 Front Squats+6 Back Squats – @65% of Front Squat
  • B1. 4xME Strict HSPU
  •       – if more than 10, do deficit
  •       – work on pushups if you don’t have strict HSPU
  • B2. 4×5 Strict Muscleups
  •       – work on pullups if you don’t have Muscleups

Conditioning

  • 10 min Partner AMRAP
  • 10 Situps
  • 10 Pistols (5 each side)
  • 10 OH KB Swings 24/16
  • -then-
  • 3 min AMRAP
  • P1 – Handstand Hold
  • P2 – Jumping Squats 20/15
  • swap each time someone comes off the wall
