Plans for the week
A: power clean + hang clean + front squat + jerk (any style – however you need to stick with whatever style you start with – eg. don’t change from push-jerk to split just because it gets heavier -> stay with push-jerk)
B: 10 mins to work up to a heavy triple deadlift – w/ perfect form (doesn’t have to be touch n’ go but it does need to be perfect – leave your ego at the door)
C: Partner farmers walk (around the block)

News for this week
If you’ve wrapping up this weekend’s worth of workouts you need to have these completed by 8pm today. You are required to have a judge ready to count your reps so please make sure you have organised for someone to be here to do this for your team.
Saturday morning Brunch (27th Sept)
So I’m thinking of running a bit of a post WOD brunch on Saturday morning w/ eggs, bacon, sausages and some salad (although we’ll have some rolls too). It will cost $10 per head and includes a coffee. If you’re keen to come along please let a coach know asap and pay so we can cater for you.
This weekend coming is a long weekend. We are open on Saturday (and having a BBQ Brunch) but will close the gym on Monday the 29th of September.
