  • 8 min to find a heavy triple Deadlift

Conditioning

  • For time
  • 100 Double Unders
  • 80 KB Swings 24/16
  • 60 Wall Ball 10/6
  • 40 Burpees
  • 20 C2B Pullups
  • 10 Wall Walks

    A) Once again taking it easy with my knee. Worked at 50kg and did these. Just to keep moving.

    B) Did a set at 70kg.

    C) Finally strung some double unders together (4 twice!!!) replaced wall balls with ball squats and got through 15 of these.

    I’m having someone type this for me as my arms are still smoked.

    A:) 60kg – I did sets of 5 and shook out the legs in between.
    B:) 120kg, this surprised me so ๐Ÿ™‚
    C:) 33 Wall Balls. I’d like to try this at 50% next time.

    b) 70 attemped 75 (1RM) and failed after those back squats! Got some good tips from Sean of form (love that it rhyms!)
    c) got to 16 Wall balls (with rowing instead of double unders)

    C. 20 Wallballs (pretty happy to finish DUs in 5:53! I suck at them)

    a) 20 @51kg (60%) Legs felt ok but the lungs were working hard!
    b) 80kg, would have liked to try 90kg but ran out of time. These felt really solid today!
    Conditioning: Timed out after 10 minutes with 17 burpees.

    Strength:
    Back Squat – 20 reps @ 57kg (worked off 95kg) – found it hard to breathe towards the end of the set as I had my belt on pretty tight – was feeling it in my legs about 5 mins later.
    Deadlift – 105kg for heavy triple
    Conditioning: 19 burpees
    New unbroken DU PB – 75, had to stop myself as my forearms and wrists were needed for swings afterwards – I can smell the century ๐Ÿ˜‰
