    A. Took a bit to get started today after so much leg work this week. Started slow bit got up to 75 so I’m happy enough with that.
    B. 7:05. Took the row a bit easy to be sure I had some energy on the pull ups. Seemed to work but still broke it into sets of five.

    A. 70kg today. Very sluggish.
    B. 7:34 – Did singles on the pullups and DU’s weren’t kind to me to today (shoe laces came undone etc). Was trying to keep pace with Ivan 🙂

    A: Stuck with 55kg and worked on executing the Split Jerk better.
    B: 9:20.
    Pull ups were the slowest part, started with sets of 5 then chipped away from 15,
    situps seemed harder than usual,
    push ups sets of 5
    DUs took a few sets to get through but I had one good run of them in there somewhere.

    A: 45kg, jerk on my first attempt wasn’t great so did it again, much better result. Failed 2nd jerk at 50kg, I realised I was pressing it so bailed before I locked out.

    B: DNF in the 10min, got to 15 push ups. Finished the rest off anyway and got it done in around 13:00.

    A. 47.5 jerks felt good today after the usual while to warm up! Few things could be a little bit better in the power clean though.
    B. Got to about 15 push ups which was a surprise as I thought my pull ups were going to be slower!
    Paraphrasing coach Becca mid WOD – “I just love how our chicks have really legit push ups!”
