In teams of 4 (mixed preferable)

Race 1

4 min cap – 1 person working at a time – no more than 10 consecutive reps – everyone has to participate

100 thrusters @ 25kg
— bar cannot touch the ground (penalty: 20 burpees)

Race 2 & 3

5 min cap – 1 person working at a time – no more than 10 consecutive reps – everyone has to participate

50 OH KB swings w/ 24/16kg
50 pull-ups
50 goblet squats w/ 24/16kg
— both KBs cannot touch the ground during the race (penalty: 20 burpees)

1 min rest and repeat (Race 3)

Race 4

6 min cap – 1 person working at a time – no more than 10 consecutive reps – everyone has to participate

35 Deadlifts @ 80/55
20 Bar Facing Burpees
25 Deadlifts @ 100/75
30 Bar Facing Burpees
15 Deadlifts @ 120/95
40 Bar Facing Burpees

    Loved this mornings session! So much fun! Missed the last one so was happy to make it this time!

    Was in a team with Cherise, Louisa and Karl, we worked really well together.

    Race 1: DNF – we were 4 reps off…so close!

    Race 2: we got a great rhythm going for this one and ended up finishing 4th so got 3 points.

    Race 3: stuck with the same method we used for race 2. Again finished 4th with 3 points.

    Race 4: DNF – we finished 16 of the 40 burpees so we got close!

    Had heaps of fun this morning worked woth coach b and bec m for the first time I think. Won the 1st 2 races then came last then won again was pretty stoked to finish the last race didnt think we would. Enjoyed these races way more then last time and I think the strategy and communication aspect was miles better this time around.

    So much fun again! I really liked having the teams sorted for us, some weeks you might win (2 from 2, yieww!) others not but you’ll probably work out with someone new each time, and I think we’ll all continue improving on that team communication.
