    A. New 1RM on each side up from 20 to 22kgs, balancing the bar is fun…although I now have weird little bruises on my elbows…
    B. One day I’ll be able to do SOMETHING on those l-sit bars!

    A. 25kg both arms
    B. Good circuit. First time attempting those L-sits – was basically just trying to hold myself off the ground for as long as possible and get any sort of extension in my legs.

    I enjoyed this morning. It feels like it’s been a heavy week, and I was a bit lethargic. I feel quite energised now.
    A. Worked up to 32kg on barbell. A good test of the sore (but healing now) shoulder. Didn’t want to push that further. Left side obviously weaker. I got it up eventually, but last bit getting back to ground was sloppy to say the least.
    B. Ah, the evil surprise 3rd round. Pretty tiring, but good to get the heart rate up without going heavy.
    C. Karen the teacher’s pet got out the tyres and goaded me into a few flips. I finally conceded when Tim A flipped the heavy one up to the front and I had to put it back again.

    b) good bit of huffy-puffy on a Friday

    c) stuck around and hit some OHS triples. Only got to 70kg… I guess my shoulders were smoked from TGU’s

    A: got 16kg ok on each arm, wanted to try 20kg but Gabriel was using the KB so Sean suggested that I try a bar (15kg). Was hesitant at first but I got it! Much better on my right than my left! Put some 2.5kg plates on but couldn’t even get onto my elbow! Something to work on 🙂

    B: highlight of this was the L-sit. Never tried it before! Managed to hold for about 2 seconds (if that) at a time with legs bent. Each round got worse though!

    Was a fun night in the 5pm with only 6 of us there!

    A) 28kg successfully on each. Got 32kg on my right, but couldn’t lock out on my left.
