“Fight Gone Bad”

3 rounds of:

  • Wall-ball, 20/14lb
  • Sumo deadlift high-pull, 35/25kg
  • Box Jump, 20″ box
  • Push-press, 35/25kg
  • Row (for calories)

You move from each of five stations after a minute.The clock does not reset or stop between exercises. This is a five-minute round from which a one-minute break is allowed before repeating. On call of “rotate”, the athletes must move to next station immediately for best score. One point is given for each rep, except on the rower where each calorie is one point.

    232. First time for me. Tried to do similar reps on each movement but I think I could improve a bit by focussing on higher reps on my stronger movements (e.g. More push press, rest a bit on row). Bloody Tahni was getting 40 box jumps each round! That’s about 65 more than me all up.

    First timer, score was 158. Not overly happy but I’m a bit sick so I’m not too disappointed.

    Was awesome watching Kylie smash it out and get on the board! Very impressive!

    Great wod, been ages since our last time…
    I beat my previous by a few reps (~30?) and got 246 total.
    All movements increased reps over last time except the rower, last time I hit 26,20,19 cals – this time I hit 18,17,16.

    233. First time, would be good to do again sometime in the future. Started off with the SDHP which ment finishing with the wall balls which were by far my weakest movement and these let me down a bit.
