    A. So sore from bear complex couldn’t even attempt handstands, even wall walk holds had me shaking
    B. Teamed with Kylie C, Prue, Kirsten and Polly. Awesome team, was a tough WOD but a great team. We finished with 592.

    A: practiced handstand walk
    B: 679 teamed up with Jamie, Lukas, Kylie and Zoe. This was great fun I really enjoyed it. Also enjoyed watching the all boy team try and add up their overall score. Nothing funnier that seeing five grown men adding up a score > than number of fingers available 🙂

    A: worked on handstand hold (freestanding) and handstand walk. Managed to hold for about 2-3 seconds, just can’t manage to hold onto it. Got 3 steps in a walk.

    B: love this, felt good tonight.

    C: was regretting the snatch work by the second station. Our team got 663! Go team!

    Check out: practiced kipping pull ups, finally managed to get 1!!! And there were witnesses! So stoked! Couldn’t get another tho and my hands felt like they were about to rip so called it.

    A: Worked on HSPUs, trying to focus on keeping a triangle with head/hands
    B: Good to be doing a lot of snatch work, feel I am starting to get a bit more consistent at it
    C: Worked with Steve, Kylie & Sarah, I think the final count was 819, 12 minutes definitely went a lot longer than I thought.
