    Doing the shopping now and still feeling the workout. Suggested to Karen we have a nap in the car. She thought I was joking.
    A. Teamed up with Jase and Karen. 22:18 I think. We worked really well. Split everything evenly and felt fast and efficient (except the runs – sore knee and ankle had me on the Airdyne in last round).
    B. Burpee ambush. Heartless b*stards. 106.

    Finished in 29:59 and happy with that as we beat the other team of 2!

    Legs are sore, bruises on my collarbones, shoulder blades are wrecked… I LOVE CROSSFIT ❤️

    Great fun workout!
    After competing against her for so long, I finally worked WITH Louisa and we joined Will.
    We finished in 21:52 and split everything evenly.

    Then racing the trio next to us (Matt, Kayla & Bec M) we equaled for 105 burpees each. Great work by all!
