    A: 35kg. Was happy with this, but got tired quickly. Am keen to try 40Kg next time.
    B: 1:47 – gosh my arse hurts from this…… it still hurts now…… ouch…

    A. Worked with Jason Lyons. Both got 45kg Ok and got messy on the 50kg. I failed on the hang snatch. I blame the shoulder fatigue from yesterday. I tried to rush the first round and ended up flustered and tired. Subsequent goes got a lot better with a bit more composure.
    B. 1;36.5. An improvement of slightly over 4s on last time so I’m pretty happy.
    The focus on shoulder mobility at the end I am taking as an ominous sign for tomorrow.

    A. 22.5kg – focusing on snatch technique.

    B. 1.58 pretty happy with this, but went out too fast then lost speed towards the end.

    A. Got 55kg then failed first attempt at 60kg on the snatch balance and second attempt on the TNG snatch. I think I had it – just rushed it.
    B. 1:31 same as last time we did this I believe

    A: Got 45kg – Failed the TnG snatch at 50kg but still pretty happy.
    B: 1:42.something. As Pru said, the look on my face was like I was going to murder that rower. But really, I don’t mind a bit of a row!
