    A. New 3RM of 32.5 kg. Happy that I am starting to put weight on the bar without losing form.
    B. Scaled to ring rows, got to 11 of the 25

    A. Took a while for my legs to get going after yesterday. Worked up pretty slowly to a set at 50kg which was reasonable form
    B. 7 in the set of 30. Phew.
    Bit odd being there myself this morning. No kids and Karen in the 5:30 class so she could catch a plane.

    Love the video – the squats are the best part! (Rosey and Nick). As mentioned over the weekend, we should seriously try and find that ‘heavy-arse rock’!

    Great video of where Adapt has come from!

    A) I was kinda tired this morning… up until the end of the warm-up I thought it was a 3RM OHS. Oh well.
    Got 2 at 50kg and fell forward on 3rd, got 3 at 45kg.

    B) 4/30 pull-ups
    Very happy with the progression of my butterfly pull-ups, until I fatigued in the rd of 20 and had this double kip of a cross between a gymnastic kip and butterfly thing going on. Not cool.

    A: 45kg. Ran out of time to try more.
    B: Got to about 2/20. Pull ups sloooooow.

    A: got 37.5kg, very happy with that, as my 1rm is 40kg! Also surprised since I am super sore from yesterdays session!

    B: this didn’t go so well. I fatigue really quickly on pull ups so was down to singles pretty quickly. Finished the run after 15 pull ups.
