Conditioning Part A:

- 5 x strict pull-ups
* Rest at least 60 seconds between sets (1 x ring dips, 1 x pull-ups, rest). Try to maintain reps across all sets.
Conditioning Part B:

- 200m run
- 5 x TouchNGo cleans @ 60/40kg
- 5 x Lateral bar burpees
