Put together a little video to show you guys where the fit out is at (we’re oh so close to wrapping it all up – yay!) and also explain how we intend to make our new Open Gym work.
You get get Open Gym Access for an additional $40/month (to your regular monthly membership) which basically means you have unrestricted access to our new space (as long as the gym is staffed – eg. while somebody’s here – you’ve got access)
This is a great opportunity to use our new space to work on your weaknesses, Supplementary programming or catch up on any session/s you may have missed over the last couple of weeks. If you’re unsure what you need to be working on we’ll also be putting up WODs from CrossFit Endurance, Outlaw Barbell and Gymnastic WOD (Carl Paoli) on the white board, otherwise you can book in for a 1:1 session with one of our coaches and we’d be more than happy to put together an individualised plan for you.
Open Gym Hours
We’ve decided to allow for 15 mins either side of a regular session to come in, roll out and/or work on your weaknesses but anything beyond that and you’re rolling into Open Gym time and you’ll need to pay $40/month (seriously, it’s less than the cost of 3 coffees per week) Currently, you’ll get access to Open Gym as follows…
- 6am to 2pm Monday to Friday
- 4pm to 8pm Monday to Thursday (4pm to 7pm on Friday); and
- 6am to 11am Saturday
The new space, Treatment Rooms, Open gym access and Espresso Bar is going to turn Adapt into this rad, living, breathing space to hang out and become even more awesome than you are now. I’ve said it like a million times but now is the time to be part of (or join) the best CrossFit gym in Canberra 🙂
